Job Description
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with strong hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize ₹20–30 Lakhs+ advertising budgets.
- Plan and execute Google Ads, Meta Ads, and PPC campaigns.
- Monitor CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversions, and campaign performance.
- Conduct keyword, audience, competitor, and market trend analysis.
- Handle A/B testing, remarketing, and conversion optimization.
- Prepare campaign reports and present performance to clients.
- Coordinate with SEO, content, and design teams.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform changes.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of relevant Performance Marketing/PPC experience.
- Proven experience handling ₹20–30 Lakhs+ budgets.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4 & GTM.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and client presentation skills.
- Ability to develop strategies based on business goals and market trends.
