About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Global Onboarding Specialist to manage employee onboarding across countries serviced through our external partner network. This role serves as a critical bridge between clients, in-country partners, employees, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth, compliant, and timely onboarding of international hires.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in EOR operations, partner management, onboarding coordination, client communication, and global employment practices. You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional onboarding experience while ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and partner accountability.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Global Employee Onboarding:
· Manage end-to-end onboarding for employees engaged through Procloz's global partner network.
· Coordinate onboarding timelines, documentation, employment agreements, and compliance requirements.
· Ensure accurate and timely employee data collection and system onboarding.
· Act as the primary point of contact for onboarding-related employee queries.
2. Partner Network Management
- Manage relationships with in-country EOR partners across multiple jurisdictions.
- Coordinate with partners to obtain employment terms, country-specific requirements, statutory benefits, and onboarding timelines.
- Monitor partner responsiveness, service quality, and SLA adherence.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supplier network.
3. Client Support & Stakeholder Management
- Support Sales and Client Success teams during deal closure and onboarding transitions.
- Work closely with clients to understand hiring requirements and provide suitable employment solutions.
- Handle onboarding escalations and proactively resolve operational challenges.
- Deliver high-quality client experience throughout the onboarding journey.
4. Employment Structuring & Compliance
- Review and coordinate employment contracts with external partners.
- Assess country-specific labor law requirements, benefits, and compliance considerations.
- Support clients with suitable employment structures for international hiring.
- Ensure all onboarding activities align with local employment regulations and internal compliance standards.
5. Cost Simulation & Commercial Support
· Prepare and validate cost simulations received from partner networks.
· Evaluate pricing, benefits, taxes, and employer obligations across countries.
· Negotiate commercial terms with partners to achieve competitive pricing and service excellence.
· Support revenue growth by providing operational insights during pre-sales discussions.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- 7-10 years of experience in EOR, Global Mobility, International HR Operations, Partner Management, or Workforce Solutions.
- Experience managing in-country partners or international vendor networks is highly preferred.
- Prior experience handling global employee onboarding across multiple countries.

- Sound understanding of international employment practices and compliance.
- High attention to detail and ownership mindset.
Practical / Technical Skills:
· Hands-on experience preparing and interpreting payroll cost simulations, including gross-to-net calculations, employer statutory contributions, and benefits costing across jurisdictions
· Working knowledge of employment contracting terms offer letters, employment agreements, termination clauses, probation terms, and country-specific mandatory clauses
· Familiarity with core HR regulatory concepts across regions (statutory leave, social security, minimum wage, notice periods, termination and severance norms)
· Proficiency with HRIS/EOR platforms and onboarding workflow tools for data capture, documentation tracking, and case management
· Ability to read and validate partner-provided pricing proposals for accuracy, benchmarking against market and internal cost norms
· Basic understanding of tax residency and payroll tax implications for cross-border hires (useful context even though not tax-filing responsibility)
· Comfort working with spreadsheets/Excel for cost comparisons, SLA tracking, and partner performance dashboards.
