Role Overview:-
We are looking for a hands-on Nursery Manager to oversee plant production, plant quality maintenance, and nursery operations optimisation across partner nurseries. This is a 100% field role involving daily nursery visits and close coordination with growers/vendors.
Key Responsibilities:-
1. Monitor plant production and daily nursery operations.
2. Ensure plant quality standards, health, and maintenance.
3. Identify and resolve issues related to pests, watering, nutrition, and plant care.
4. Optimise nursery processes, reduce wastage, and improve efficiency.
5. Maintain regular reporting and coordination with internal teams and nursery partners.
Requirements:-
1. 0–2 years of experience in horticulture, nursery operations, or agriculture.
2. Basic knowledge of plant care and nursery management.
3. Comfortable with daily field visits and on-ground execution.
4. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
