Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Nurse role based in Jaipur. The Nurse will provide direct patient care at Medyseva facilities, including assessing patient conditions, recording medical histories, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with diagnostic and treatment procedures. The role involves supporting telemedicine consultations by preparing patients, coordinating with doctors, and ensuring accurate documentation in medical records. The Nurse will educate patients and families on treatment plans, preventive care, and medication use, while promoting adherence to clinical protocols and hygiene standards. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, managing basic clinic operations, and maintaining high standards of patient safety and comfort.
Qualifications
- Clinical care and nursing skills, including patient assessment, vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and basic emergency response.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, including telemedicine providers.
- Organizational and documentation skills to maintain accurate medical records and follow established protocols and workflows.
- Comfort with using basic healthcare technology and digital tools for teleconsultations, data entry, and coordination of services.
- Recognized nursing qualification (e.g., GNM, B.Sc. Nursing or equivalent) and valid registration with the relevant nursing council.
- Experience in primary care, rural health, or community health settings is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment, demonstrate cultural sensitivity, and uphold ethical and patient-centered care.
