ADN, BSN, or diploma in nursing required; BSN preferred. Current Arizona RN license or compact state license required. BLS certification from AHA required. Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs frequently and perform constant fine motor, hearing, talking, walking, and near vision tasks.
