Job Responsibilities:
• Provide quality nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and health conditions.
• Administer medicines, injections, and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.
• Maintain patient records, nursing notes, and treatment details.
• Follow infection control, hygiene, and patient safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with patients, attendants, and healthcare professionals.
• Support the smooth functioning of the nursing department.
