Qualificat</strong>ions
- Professional clinical skills: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) or equivalent, with current registration or eligibility to register with the relevant professional council.
- Patient care and communication: Strong patient assessment and counseling abilities, with clear verbal and written communication skills and a compassionate, person-centered approach.
- Technical and treatment competencies: Proficiency in manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, electrotherapy modalities, and rehabilitation protocols for musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic conditions.
- Collaboration and organization: Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams, manage caseloads, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
- Professional standards and safety: Commitment to ethical practice, infection control, workplace safety, and continuous professional development through ongoing learning and training.
- Preferred experience: Prior clinical experience in hospital, clinic, or rehabilitation settings; familiarity with holistic, wellness, or organic healthcare practices is an added advantage.
