Job Title: NPD Manager – Personal Care & Hygiene
Location: Gurgaon Head Office

About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and innovative NPD (New Product Development)
Manager to lead the design, development, and launch of products in the personal
care, hygiene, and wellness categories. The ideal candidate will have a strong
background in global product development, vendor management, and an
understanding of consumer trends in the US and UK markets.
This role requires a hands-on professional who can manage the entire lifecycle — from
concept to commercialization — ensuring that every product reflects innovation,
quality, and compliance with international standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end NPD for categories including adult diapers, sanitary pads,
washroom solutions, personal care appliances, home hygiene, sexual
wellness products, and massagers.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends
and product opportunities in domestic and international (US/UK) markets.
- Manage vendor development, negotiations, and relationships to ensure
timely production and cost-effective sourcing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, marketing, quality, design, and
supply chain teams for seamless project execution.
- Oversee product testing, packaging, and regulatory approvals to meet
international quality and safety standards.
- Maintain product documentation, costing sheets, and project timelines.
- Ensure innovation, consumer insights, and sustainability are integrated into
every product launch.
Key Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Science, Engineering, Product Design,
or a related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years in New Product Development within Personal Hygiene,
Sexual Wellness, or Home Care industries.
- Proven experience in international market product management (preferably
US/UK).
- Strong expertise in vendor and third-party manufacturer management.
- Understanding of FMCG compliance, packaging standards, and regulatory
frameworks.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in consumer product innovation for personal and home hygiene
categories.
- Familiarity with international product testing and certification processes.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to balance innovation with cost
optimization.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and product aesthetics.
