Qualifications
- Experience in Network Operations Center (NOC) environments, including monitoring, incident management, and maintaining service uptime.
- Strong Network Administration skills, covering configuration, maintenance, and optimization of routers, switches, and related infrastructure.
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting complex network and system issues, with the ability to diagnose root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Hands-on Technical Support experience, including handling tickets, supporting end users, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Network Security principles and practices, such as firewalls, VPNs, access controls, and security monitoring.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in NOC or network engineering roles.
- Familiarity with common monitoring tools, ticketing systems, and ITIL-based processes.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, Network+) and a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field are preferred.
