About SevaStack
SevaStack (sevastack.in) is India's first all-in-one NGO management platform — helping Indian NGOs automate 80G receipts, FCRA compliance, donor management, payroll, and CSR reporting. We are a fast-growing startup incubated at SPPU Research Park, Pune with 210+ NGOs across 21 Indian states on our platform.
Role: NGO Relations & Communication Executive
We are looking for a confident, energetic, and people-first communicator who can build genuine relationships with NGO leaders across India — over calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
What you will do:
- Call and connect with NGO founders, secretaries, and teams across India
- Explain SevaStack's platform and help NGOs get started
- Follow up with existing NGOs for activation and upgrades
- Schedule and coordinate demo sessions with the founding team
- Maintain CRM records after every call and interaction
- Build long-term relationships with NGO leaders
- Represent SevaStack at NGO events and meetings when required
What we are looking for:
- Fluent in Hindi and English — both mandatory
- Basic understanding of Marathi is a plus but not required
- Confident and warm on calls — not script-reading, real conversations
- Genuinely interested in the social sector and NGO ecosystem
- Self-motivated with a follow-up mindset
- Prior experience in calling, coordination, or NGO sector preferred but not mandatory
- Freshers with the right attitude are welcome
