We're looking for a New Product Development (NPD) Executive with 3+ years of experience in Freeze Drying & Dehydrated Food Products to join our innovation team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and commercialize new food products.
- Conduct product trials and support scale-up.
- Maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and technical documentation.
- Handle raw material evaluation, inventory, and traceability.
- Work closely with QA/QC to ensure product quality and food safety compliance.
- Monitor production processes and drive continuous product improvements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant NPD/R&D experience.
- Experience in freeze drying and dehydration technologies.
- Knowledge of QA/QC, GMP, HACCP, and FSSAI.
- Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field.
