About Role
We are looking for a NetSuite Administrator / Database Developer to join our team and support our business applications, reporting, and ERP ecosystem. This role will primarily focus on NetSuite administration, customization, reporting, and user support, while also providing database and application support as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the NetSuite environment
- Manage user roles, permissions, and system configurations
- Develop and customize reports, dashboards, KPIs, and saved searches
- Support business reporting and analytics requirements
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide user support
- Develop and maintain SQL queries, reports, and database objects
- Assist with system administration and application support activities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to enhance system capabilities
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 1 year of hands-on NetSuite Administration experience (Mandatory)
- Experience with NetSuite reporting, saved searches, dashboards, and customization
- Strong SQL and database management skills
- Understanding of ERP systems and business processes
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Preferred
- Experience with SuiteAnalytics, SuiteFlow, or SuiteScript
- Experience in ERP implementations, integrations, or migrations
What We're Looking For
This position is being hired as a replacement for an existing role. Since our current QMS platform is being phased out and migrated to the Cygnus platform within the next two months, the successful candidate should have a strong NetSuite background and be comfortable taking on additional application support, reporting, and system administration responsibilities as business needs evolve.
