Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve application and production issues in a timely manner.
Debug Java applications and identify the root cause of bugs and technical issues.
Perform bug fixing and code-level troubleshooting in existing Java applications.
Analyze application logs, stack traces, database queries, and system behavior to identify issues.
Understand existing codebases and make small to medium-level code changes/fixes.
Monitor production issues and ensure timely resolution based on severity and business impact.
Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive solutions.
Collaborate with Product and Customer Support teams to understand reported issues and provide technical solutions.
Write and maintain technical documentation for recurring issues, troubleshooting steps, and solutions.
Perform regression testing of fixes and coordinate with QA before production deployment.
Support application releases and deployments when required.
Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to application stability and performance
