- Own the National E-Commerce & Key Account business for the Tea & Nutra category.
- Develop and execute annual and monthly business plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Manage and grow relationships with key platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket and other relevant digital accounts.
- Own P&L, revenue, margins, trade spends and profitability for assigned accounts.
- Drive sales growth, visibility, assortment expansion and market share across online channels.
- Develop account-wise Joint Business Plans (JBP) and growth strategies.
- Lead pricing, promotions, visibility, assortment and commercial negotiations with key accounts.
- Identify and develop new digital channels and business opportunities.
- Track category, competitor and market trends to build actionable growth plans.
- Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor key business metrics including GMV/NSV, contribution, ROAS, margins, inventory, fill rate, availability and sell-through.
- Ensure effective NPD launches, assortment expansion and digital activation across key accounts.
- Act as the key business representative for the company across major digital platforms.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Tea, Nutra, FMCG or allied categories.
- Strong experience in E-Commerce / Key Account Management.
- Proven track record of scaling online businesses and delivering revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of Marketplace, Quick Commerce and D2C ecosystems.
- Experience in P&L ownership and commercial negotiations.
- Strong analytical, strategic and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management capabilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive business initiatives.
