Job Description: Account Executive
About Nasiko
Nasiko is building the AI Agent Control Plane for enterprises moving from isolated copilots to production-grade agent systems.
As companies deploy AI agents across teams, tools, workflows, and infrastructure, they need a trusted layer to register, discover, govern, observe, route, and control agents across the enterprise. Nasiko provides the infrastructure layer for agent lifecycle management, policy, governance, observability, deployment, and enterprise readiness.
We are working with our first set of enterprise customers and design partners, and are looking for a founding sales hire who can help us scale from early customer conversations into a repeatable enterprise GTM motion.
Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven, technically curious enterprise sales person to join Nasiko as one of our first GTM hires.
This role is ideal for someone who can operate in a fast-moving early-stage environment, sell complex technical software to enterprise stakeholders, and work closely with founders, product, and engineering to convert early customer interest into structured pilots, design partnerships, and commercial deployments.
You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying enterprise opportunities, running outbound and inbound sales motions, managing customer conversations, coordinating product demos, and helping build the sales process from the ground up.
This is not a transactional inside sales role. It is a hands-on, high-ownership enterprise sales role for someone who wants to help define how companies buy and adopt AI agent infrastructure.
Objectives of the Role
You will help Nasiko:
- Build and manage the early enterprise pipeline across AI, engineering, platform, security, data, and innovation teams.
- Identify and qualify high-potential enterprise customers for Nasiko’s AI Agent Control Plane.
- Convert early conversations into pilots, design partnerships, and paid deployments.
- Work with founders and product teams to understand customer needs and shape solution fit.
- Develop repeatable sales motions for enterprise AI infrastructure.
- Build strong relationships with technical and executive stakeholders.
- Maintain clear CRM discipline, pipeline visibility, and follow-up cadence.
- Capture customer feedback and market signals to inform product and GTM strategy.
- Help create sales collateral, demo narratives, customer decks, and proposal material.
- Establish a high-quality, disciplined sales process for Nasiko’s first phase of enterprise growth.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Generation and Qualification
- Identify target accounts across enterprises experimenting with or deploying AI agents.
- Run outbound prospecting through email, calls, LinkedIn, ecosystem introductions, events, and partner networks.
- Qualify accounts based on AI maturity, agent adoption, infrastructure needs, security requirements, and buying urgency.
- Build account maps across CXOs, AI leaders, engineering leaders, platform teams, security teams, and innovation teams.
- Maintain a structured pipeline in CRM with clear next steps, ownership, and deal stages.
Enterprise Sales Execution
- Own the sales cycle from first conversation through pilot, proposal, negotiation, and close.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand customer pain points around AI agents, governance, deployment, observability, security, and lifecycle management.
- Position Nasiko as the enterprise control plane for production AI agent systems.
- Coordinate technical demos and walkthroughs with product and engineering teams.
- Prepare proposals, pilot scopes, commercial terms, and customer follow-up material.
- Manage objections around AI readiness, security, integration, deployment model, pricing, and internal ownership.
Customer and Market Development
- Work closely with early customers and design partners to understand real enterprise needs.
- Capture patterns across customer conversations and turn them into actionable GTM and product insights.
- Identify repeatable use cases, buyer personas, sales triggers, and industry-specific narratives.
- Support enterprise onboarding by ensuring expectations, success criteria, and next steps are clear.
- Help build referenceable customer relationships.
Internal Collaboration
- Work directly with founders, product, and engineering to shape customer conversations.
- Translate customer feedback into clear internal notes, product requests, and GTM learnings.
- Help create better demo flows, sales decks, case studies, objection-handling notes, and sales playbooks.
- Operate with strong written communication, clear follow-ups, and no-surprises execution.
- Use AI tools, automation, and lightweight systems to improve sales productivity and reduce repeated manual work.
What Success Looks Like
In the first 30 days, you will be expected to:
- Build a strong understanding of Nasiko’s product, market, and enterprise AI agent use cases.
- Create a focused target account list and begin structured outbound.
- Own and maintain an active pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities.
- Support founder-led sales conversations and gradually take ownership of more of the sales cycle.
- Create clear customer notes, follow-up processes, and CRM hygiene.
- Help identify the strongest early buyer personas and repeatable sales narratives.
In the first 3 months, you will be expected to:
- Convert qualified opportunities into pilots, design partnerships, and paid customer conversations.
- Help build Nasiko’s repeatable enterprise sales motion.
- Develop strong relationships with enterprise AI, platform, security, and engineering stakeholders.
- Contribute to sales collateral, demo positioning, and customer success handoffs.
- Bring structure, urgency, and clarity to the GTM process.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, infrastructure, developer tools, AI/ML platforms, cloud, cybersecurity, data platforms, or similar technical sales environments.
- Experience selling to technical and executive stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, including discovery, qualification, pilots, procurement, negotiation, and close.
- Ability to explain technical products clearly without overcomplicating the conversation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing CRM, pipeline, follow-ups, and sales reporting.
- Ability to run structured outbound and build pipeline from scratch.
- Comfort working closely with founders, product, and engineering teams.
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate without heavy process or handholding.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.

- Familiarity with AI agents, LLM applications, agent frameworks, MCP, workflow automation, observability, governance, or enterprise AI adoption.
- Experience selling early-stage products where the category is still being formed.
- Ability to create sales collateral, account plans, and customer-facing narratives.
- Experience with design partners, pilots, or founder-led enterprise sales.
- Comfort using AI tools and sales automation to improve productivity.
- Existing relationships with enterprise technology leaders, AI teams, platform teams, or innovation teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is someone who is:
- Commercially sharp: understands how to qualify real opportunities and move deals forward.
- Technically curious: can learn the AI agent infrastructure space and speak credibly with technical buyers.
- Founder-minded: takes ownership of outcomes, not just activities.
- Process-oriented but not bureaucratic: creates structure without slowing things down.
- Customer-obsessed: listens deeply, follows up clearly, and builds trust.
- Comfortable with ambiguity: can sell before everything is fully packaged.
- Fast-learning: improves the sales motion every week based on customer feedback.
- Hands-on: willing to write follow-ups, build account lists, prepare notes, test messaging, and jump into details.
How We Work

We value people who take end-to-end responsibility, move quickly, write things down, use AI and automation to improve their own work, and bring customer feedback back into the product cycle. Compensation
Compensation will include a competitive base salary and performance-linked incentives. Final structure will depend on experience, seniority, and scope of ownership.
