MyNaksh is building AI that can form genuine, long-term relationships with people, for the first time in human history.
We started with astrology and already have 1M+ MAUs, giving us an unusually rich understanding of how people think, feel and evolve over time. We’re now building toward 10M+ MAUs, $15M ARR and global expansion, with AI at the centre of the product.
The Role
Own MyNaksh's acquisition engine end-to-end — not a campaign-management role, you own the number.
- Design and execute data-backed acquisition strategy across Meta, Google/UAC, YouTube and emerging channels (Moj, Josh, ShareChat)
- Own CAC, ROAS, LTV and payback targets; build spend models off LTV and payback projections
- Independently manage ₹3–4Cr+/month media budgets, scaling toward $1M+/month in 6–12 months
- Own and execute affiliate marketing campaigns and partnerships
- Build a high-velocity creative engine — 100s of creatives, with real process automation, not ad-hoc briefs
- Own the full funnel: acquisition → activation → monetization → retention; build and own funnel dashboards
- Run cohort, segmentation and behavioral analysis to find and scale growth levers
- Implement and manage attribution (AppsFlyer/Singular) and analytics (GA4, Firebase)
- Run 5–6+ campaigns simultaneously; structured A/B and multivariate testing on messaging, formats and segments
- Drive growth with Product, Creative, Data and AI teams
Must-Haves
- Hands-on execution on Meta and Google Ads — not agency- or team-mediated
- Independently managed ₹3–4Cr+/month performance budgets — owned the number, not agency- or team-mediated
- Managed affiliate partnerships and owned CAC/budget/target reporting directly
- Built a creative engine at scale — 100s of variants with process automation
- B2C consumer tech experience at India scale, with genuine Tier 2/3 reach (not metro-only)
- Working proficiency in GA4, Firebase, and AppsFlyer or Singular
Good to Have: AI-driven ad testing/creative automation, consumer AI, faith-tech or astrology experience, predictive CAC-LTV modeling
