📍 Location: Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu
🔹 CURRENT OPENINGS1. Operations Manager
Experience: 5+ years
Manage warehouse, material handling, inventory, logistics, dispatch, manpower and operational efficiency. Ensure safe and efficient handling of steel and building materials.
2. Sales Manager / Business Development Manager
Experience: 3–7+ years
Develop new customers and business opportunities, manage key accounts, generate enquiries and orders, develop dealer/contractor/builder relationships, negotiate commercial terms and achieve sales targets.
Industry experience in steel, industrial supplies, construction or building materials preferred.
3. Procurement / Purchase Manager
Experience: 4–7+ years
Manage sourcing, supplier development, quotations, negotiations, purchase orders, supplier performance, market pricing and strategic procurement.
Experience in steel, industrial supplies, construction materials or trading preferred.
4. Finance & Accounts Manager
Experience: 5+ years
Manage accounting, AP/AR, cash flow, working capital, GST/TDS compliance, payroll, financial reporting, audits, budgeting and financial controls.
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA or equivalent.
Systems: Tally / ERP experience preferred.
5. HR & Administration Manager
Experience: 4–6+ years
Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance, HR administration, statutory compliance, employee relations, performance management and general administration.
6. Warehouse / Plant & Operations Supervisor
Experience: 3+ years
Supervise loading, unloading, stacking, dispatch, stock movement, vehicle coordination, warehouse manpower and safety.
Experience in steel, warehouse, logistics or heavy-material handling preferred.
7. Logistics & Safety Officer
Experience: 2+ years
Coordinate vehicle movements, deliveries, dispatch documentation, transporters and workforce activities while ensuring PPE, safe working practices and workplace safety.
8. Retail / Counter Sales Supervisor
Experience: 3+ years
Manage counter sales, customer enquiries, billing, stock, product display, order fulfilment, deliveries and customer service.
Retail, hardware or building-material experience preferred.
9. Sales Officer / Customer Service Executive
Experience: 2+ years
Handle customer enquiries, quotations, sales follow-ups, order coordination, customer records, complaints and after-sales support.
Industrial supplies / building-material sales experience preferred.
10. Accountant – Tax & Compliance
Experience: 3+ years
Manage books of accounts, ledgers, bank reconciliation, GST/TDS documentation, vendor payments, customer receipts, payroll accounting and audit documentation.
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent.
Tally / ERP experience preferred.
11. Document Controller / IT Support Executive
Experience: 2+ years
Manage company documentation, filing, document control, digital records, basic IT support, data backup and coordination with external IT service providers.
Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Applications or related field preferred.
