Role Description The Human Resources Generalist will support day-to-day HR operations and act as a key point of contact for employees across TAG’s businesses. Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, and supporting performance management activities. The role involves implementing and communicating HR policies, coordinating employee benefits and welfare programs, and handling routine employee queries. The HR Generalist will also help ensure compliance with labor laws, support employee engagement initiatives, and collaborate with management on HR-related projects and reporting. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirunelveli.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills to handle core HR operations and support business objectives.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Policies to develop, interpret, and implement guidelines that ensure consistency and compliance.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration to manage compensation, benefits programs, and related documentation.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and familiarity with local labor laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with HRIS or HR software, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
