Motion Designer (3+ Years Experience)
Location: Remote (Work From Home)

Salary: ₹8 LPA+ (based on experience and portfolio)
We're looking for a Motion Designer with 3+ years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong motion design fundamentals, good communication skills, excellent technical skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality work across digital, branding, and marketing projects.
What You'll Do
- Create motion graphics and animations for digital products, websites, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Translate static designs into engaging motion while maintaining brand consistency.
- Collaborate with designers and the creative team to develop and execute motion concepts.
- Take ownership of projects from concept to final delivery.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in motion design with a strong portfolio.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects (must-have).
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma (must-have).
- Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D software is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, transitions, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent understanding of typography, layout, composition, colour, and overall design fundamentals.
- Strong attention to detail with a refined sense of visual aesthetics.
- Ability to work efficiently, manage multiple projects, and consistently deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to present ideas, discuss feedback, and collaborate effectively.
- Someone who takes ownership of their work, is proactive, dependable, and accountable from start to finish.
- Punctual with deadlines and able to manage priorities independently in a remote work environment.
