Role Description The Motion Graphic Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The individual in this role will create high-quality motion graphics and visual assets for digital campaigns, product demos, explainer videos, and social media content. Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing and designing animations, collaborating with marketing and product teams to understand project requirements, and translating ideas into engaging visual stories. The Motion Graphic Designer will work closely with video production teams to plan, design, and refine graphic elements, titles, transitions, and visual effects. The role also involves maintaining brand consistency, preparing assets for various digital platforms, and staying up to date with design tools, trends, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics for digital, animations and video content.
- Proficiency in Graphic Design and creating high-quality Graphics for web, app and social media.
- Proficiency in designing Web and App animations.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design and animation tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Intermediate knowledge of creating and maintaining Figma designs for web and app.
- Ability to translate creative briefs into visually compelling concepts and animations.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, animation, and graphic design work.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
