Model Coordinator – SBI Bank Channel
Role Overview:
Responsible for managing and coordinating the SBI Channel across five regions, leading teams and driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate SBI Channel operations across 5 regions.
- Handle and monitor regional teams and their performance.
- Track sales numbers, business data, and target achievement.
- Monitor sales progress and identify performance gaps.
- Drive and push sales numbers through regular follow-ups and reviews.
- Prepare and share MIS/performance updates with key stakeholders.
- Coordinate with SBI teams and internal teams for business growth.
- Ensure achievement of regional sales targets and business objectives.
