Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Mid Level Finance Professional role based in Kochi. The professional will support and manage financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis for clients and internal projects. Daily responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial reports, analyzing financial data, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards and regulations. The role involves collaborating with senior team members on assurance, tax, and consulting engagements, providing analytical insights to support decision-making. The professional will also communicate financial findings and recommendations clearly to clients and internal stakeholders, maintain detailed documentation, and contribute to process improvements and quality control.
Qualifications
- Strong Finance and Financial Reporting skills, with experience in preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports.
- Proficiency in Financial Planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Well-developed Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data, identifying trends, and supporting business decisions.
- Effective Communication skills for presenting financial information clearly to clients and team members.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional qualifications (e.g., CA, CMA, CPA or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Experience working in or with chartered accountancy firms, professional services, or similar finance environments.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel, with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple engagements, and meet deadlines in a client-focused environment.
