Required Skills & Qualifications:
Core Expertise
• 8+ years in Microsoft enterprise technologies
• 4+ years as a Solution / Cloud Architect
Deep hands-on knowledge of:
o Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
o Azure AD / Entra ID
o Azure core services and security
Technical Strengths
• Identity & access management (IAM)
• M365 security, compliance, and governance
• Hybrid cloud architecture
• Power Platform architecture (Power Apps, Power Automate – preferred)
• Monitoring and security tooling (Defender, Sentinel – preferred)
Certifications (Strongly Preferred)
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• Security certifications are a plus
Soft Skills (Non-Negotiable)
• Strong architectural judgment—can say no when needed
• Executive-level communication skills
• Ability to simplify complex architecture for non-technical stakeholders
• Ownership mindset and accountability
