Site Supervisor – Roles & Responsibilities
• Supervise daily site execution, manpower, productivity, and work progress as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and project schedules.
• Ensure quality control across Civil, MEP, waterproofing, and finishing works through pre/post-work inspections and checklists.
• Monitor contractor performance, material quality, workmanship, and timely completion of activities.
• Ensure site safety compliance, PPE usage, scaffolding, barricading, and safe work practices.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, Project Managers, and consultants for smooth execution and issue resolution.
• Verify materials, drawings, measurements, and technical requirements before execution.
• Identify and report design, quality, material, and execution issues; raise and track NCRs until closure.
• Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, manpower records, material records, test reports, and site documentation.
• Monitor project timelines, identify delays/hindrances, and support contractors in achieving weekly and monthly targets.
