Job details:
Anna Simona is a premium D2C baby, kids, and home essentials brand based in Mumbai. We’re bringing our performance marketing fully in-house and looking for someone who knows how to build and scale paid campaigns that drive real revenue — not just impressions and reach.
This is a hands-on execution role. We’re not looking for a brand strategist or a generalist marketer. We need someone who lives in Ads Manager, knows how to read data, and can translate it into better campaigns week on week.
What you’ll own:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) — end-to-end campaign management, audience building, creative testing, and scaling what works
- Google Ads — search, shopping, and Performance Max campaigns tailored to a D2C product catalogue
- Retention marketing — setting up and optimising email and WhatsApp flows, re-engagement campaigns, and repeat purchase journeys
- Budget management, ROAS tracking, and weekly performance reporting
- Working closely with the founder on campaign direction, creative briefs, and growth priorities
What we’re looking for:
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience running Meta and Google Ads, specifically for D2C brands — not agency side managing multiple unrelated accounts
- Experience in lifestyle, fashion, baby, kids, or home categories is a strong plus — understanding the customer and the aesthetic matters here
- Proven ability to manage budgets efficiently and improve ROAS over time
- Hands-on experience with retention tools — Klaviyo, WebEngage, or similar
- Comfortable pulling insights from Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Shopify dashboards
- Strong copywriting instincts for ad copy — you don’t need to be a designer, but you should know what messaging works
- Based in Mumbai; this is an on-site role
- Someone who takes full ownership, moves fast, and doesn’t need to be micromanaged
What this is not:
A brand management, organic social, or agency account management role. If the bulk of your experience is strategy decks and brand guidelines rather than campaign execution, this likely isn’t the right fit.
To apply, share your CV along with a brief note on brands you’ve managed ads for and results you’re proud of.
