Job Overview
Entrepot Media Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing team, manage client advertising campaigns, and drive measurable business growth.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing Team Management
- Lead, manage, and coordinate the digital marketing team.
- Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Guide team members on campaign execution, optimization, and client requirements.
- Monitor team performance and maintain work quality.
Meta Ads & Google Ads Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns for multiple clients.
- Develop performance marketing strategies for lead generation, sales, and conversions.
- Manage client advertising budgets and campaign performance.
- Monitor CPL, CPA, ROAS, and other key performance indicators.
- Conduct A/B testing and implement strategies to improve campaign results.
- Ensure proper conversion tracking, reporting, and campaign optimization.
Client Management & Coordination
- Manage client relationships and understand their business objectives.
- Communicate campaign strategies, performance updates, and recommendations to clients.
- Handle client queries, concerns, and escalations professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are fulfilled.
- Maintain client satisfaction through effective communication and timely delivery.
Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for multiple clients.
- Oversee SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising, and lead generation activities.
- Review campaign reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure campaigns align with client objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and advertising platform updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Proven experience running advertising campaigns for different clients.
- Experience in digital marketing team handling and leadership.
- Excellent knowledge of lead generation, conversion optimization, and performance marketing.
- Strong client communication and relationship management skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple clients, campaigns, and team responsibilities.
