Finesse Couture is a Bangalore-based B2B western bridal gown design and manufacturing company, partnering with leading bridal designers and fashion brands across global markets. We specialize in premium bridal wear, offering end-to-end product development, sampling, and manufacturing with a strong focus on quality, craftsmanship, and timely delivery.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the complete order lifecycle from product development to final shipment.
- Coordinate with international clients regarding inquiries, sampling, approvals, production updates, and deliveries.
- Work closely with the design, sourcing, production, and quality teams to ensure smooth execution of orders.
- Prepare and maintain merchandising documents, including tech packs, BOMs, order sheets, and production trackers.
- Coordinate sourcing of fabrics, laces, trims, embellishments, and accessories.
- Monitor sampling, approvals, production schedules, and shipment timelines.
- Ensure products meet client specifications, quality standards, and delivery commitments.
- Follow up with internal teams to resolve production and material-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, costing, production status, and client communications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Merchandising, Textile Technology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in garment merchandising, preferably in bridal, evening wear, or women's fashion.
- Strong understanding of garment manufacturing, fabrics, trims, embellishments, and production processes.
- Knowledge of sampling, product development, and quality standards.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Experience working with international fashion or bridal brands.
- Knowledge of export merchandising and garment manufacturing workflows.
- Familiarity with ERP or merchandising software is an added advantage.
