Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced MEP Supervisor to manage and supervise Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works at the project site.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and other MEP work at site.
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site team for daily activities.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and work progress.
• Ensure safety norms and statutory compliance at site.
• Identify and resolve MEP-related site issues.
• Maintain daily progress reports and site records.
• Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP services.
Requirements:
• 10th / 12th pass
• Minimum 10+ years of experience as MEP Supervisor
• Experience in real estate / residential / township projects
• Strong site execution and contractor-handling skills
• Ability to read drawings and manage site coordination
