🚨 URGENT HIRING – MEP BILLING ENGINEER (PLUMBING)
SSV Engineering & Manpower Services is hiring an experienced MEP Billing Engineer – Plumbing for a reputed client.
📍 Job Location
Mumbai
Project sites may be located across India.
Candidates should be willing to relocate / travel as per project requirements.
💼 Position
MEP Billing Engineer – Plumbing
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Visit project sites and take accurate site measurements.
- Prepare and verify RA Bills / Client Bills based on actual site measurements.
- Check work execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Verify the availability and correctness of BOQ / Estimation.
- Compare executed work with drawings, BOQ and approved quantities.
- Check plumbing work execution and progress at site.
- Prepare measurement sheets, quantity calculations and billing documents.
- Identify quantity variations, additional works and deviations.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors and project teams.
- Ensure billing is accurate and supported by proper site records.
🎯 Required Skills
- Strong experience in Plumbing MEP works.
- Good knowledge of BOQ, Estimation, Measurement & Billing.
- Ability to read and understand MEP / Plumbing drawings.
- Strong understanding of site execution.
- Experience in preparing RA Bills and measurement sheets.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and billing documentation.
🎓 Qualification
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Civil / Mechanical / MEP Engineering or equivalent.
👷 Experience
3–6 Years of relevant experience in MEP / Plumbing Billing & Site Execution.
📍 Mobility Requirement
Mumbai-based position | Projects across India
Candidates must be ready to relocate and travel across India depending on project requirements.
