Role: Sr Pharmacists
Location: REMOTE
Duration: Short-term contract (2-3months)
Time: 8hrs per day(4hrs fixed PST + 4hrs Flexible) = 40 hrs per week
Job description:
Professional Experience: 8+ years of professional pharmacy practice (e.g., retail, hospital, or clinical environment).
Credentials: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or regionally equivalent pharmacy qualification with active professional licensure.
Core Competencies: Practical knowledge of pharmacotherapy, therapeutic drug monitoring, renal/hepatic dosing adjustments, drug-drug and drug-food interaction screening, and patient safety protocols.
Deliverable History: Proven track record of producing clinical deliverables such as drug regimen reviews, patient counseling notes, dosing recommendation plans, and medication reconciliation summaries.
Exceptional Analytical Thinking: Ability to review complex patient charts, evaluate multi-drug regimens, identify drug-related problems (DRPs), and validate clinical reasoning.
Additional Information :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in any field.
- Experience in AI evaluation, data annotation, content review, quality assurance, or a related analytical role is preferred but not required.
