Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pharmacist role based at Sterling Hospital, Gandhidham. The Pharmacist will dispense medications accurately, verify prescriptions, and provide clear counseling to patients and caregivers on proper use, side effects, and storage. The role includes reviewing medication orders for interactions and contraindications, supporting doctors and nurses with drug information, and helping maintain formulary and stock levels. The Pharmacist will ensure strict adherence to hospital policies, legal and regulatory requirements, and infection-control practices within the pharmacy. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records, participating in audits and quality initiatives, and contributing to continuous improvement in medication safety and patient experience.
