🚨 *WE ARE HIRING – MEDICAL FIELD OFFICER / FIELD OFFICER*
🤝 Opportunity with TATA AIG Insurance
📍 **Locations:**
**Mumbai | Delhi NCR | Hyderabad | Bengaluru | Ahmedabad | Pune | Chennai**
Phoenix Assurance Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dedicated and experienced **Medical Field Officers (MFO) / Field Officers (FO)** to work on **TATA AIG Insurance assignments**.
💼 *Role & Responsibilities*
* Conduct field investigations and verifications
* Visit hospitals, insured persons and relevant locations
* Handle medical/insurance investigation cases
* Collect and verify required documents and evidence
* Submit accurate reports within the prescribed TAT
* Maintain professional communication with the concerned team
💰 *Earning / Fee Options*
**Option 1 – Per Case Basis**
💵 Payment will be made **on a per-case basis**, as per the applicable fee structure.
**Option 2 – Fixed Monthly Payout**
👨⚕️ **Medical Field Officer (MFO)**
**₹20,000/month for 20 cases**
👤 **Field Officer (FO)**
**₹20,000/month for 22 cases**
⭐ *Who Can Apply?*
* Medical professionals/candidates with relevant field investigation experience
* Insurance / TPA investigation experience preferred
* Candidates with good communication and documentation skills
* Willingness to travel for field investigations
* Candidates available in or around the above-mentioned locations
