About the Role
Phoenix Group is a **third-party insurance investigation company** looking for dedicated **Field Officers / Medical Field Officers** across Bengaluru & Chennai.
🔍 Job Responsibilities
* Conduct field investigations and verification
* Handle **Health, Life, Death & other insurance-related cases**
* Visit hospitals and insured persons' residences as required
* Collect and verify relevant documents and information
* Submit accurate investigation reports within the required TAT
💼 Job Nature
* **Completely Field-Based**
* Daily field visits required
* **Freelance Opportunity**
* **No Fixed Salary**
💰 Payout
**₹700 – ₹1,000 per case**
*(Depending on interview performance and relevant insurance experience)*
👤 Who Can Apply?
BAMS
BHMS
BDS
B. Pharma
M. Pharma
Candidates with:
* Field investigation experience
* Insurance/TPA experience
* Medical/health insurance investigation experience
* Good communication and documentation skills
* Willingness to travel within the assigned area
