Role Description :
looking for two experienced professionals with 10+ years of experience to join my team -one based in Jaipur and the other in NCR.
The role involves managing clients /categories and working closely with them to understand their business objectives, identify challenges in the Rajasthan market, and develop curated, integrated solutions across Rajasthan Patrika’s print, digital, Radio, Outdoor & On ground.
Who would be a great fit?
· Someone who can build meaningful conversations with clients and agencies, ask the right questions, and uncover the real business challenges.
· Someone with the acumen to deep-dive into client businesses and category portfolios — understanding their brands, growth drivers, competitive landscape, marketing priorities and challenges.
· Someone who can translate these insights into customized media solutions with clear business impact.
· Someone who combines strong client relationships with strategic thinking, commercial understanding, ownership and the ability to drive revenue.
Conventional advertising campaigns will, of course, remain an important part of the role. However, I’m particularly keen to meet people who can think beyond the brief, understand the business behind the brand, and turn client conversations into meaningful growth opportunities.
