We're Hiring: Performance Marketer (Remote)
Ricavi Media, a performance marketing agency working with fast-growing eCommerce & D2C brands, is looking for a Performance Marketer to join our team.
📍 Location: Remote
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month
🕒 Type: Full-time
About the Role
You'll be running and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns for eCommerce/D2C brands — owning everything from campaign architecture to creative testing to scaling profitable ad sets.
What You'll Do
- Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns for eCommerce clients
- Build and optimize marketing funnels (TOF/MOF/BOF) for lead gen & sales
- Analyze customer psychology and buying patterns to inform targeting and creative strategy
- Monitor performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR) and optimize campaigns accordingly
- Collaborate with the creative team to brief and test ad creatives
- Stay on top of Meta algorithm updates (including Andromeda) and platform best practices
- Report on campaign performance to clients/stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience running Meta Ads for eCommerce/D2C brands (non-negotiable)
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels and customer journey mapping
- Good grasp of consumer psychology and buying behavior
- Comfort with performance metrics and data-driven decision-making
- Self-starter who can work independently in a remote setup
- Prior agency experience is a plus
