🚜 WE ARE HIRING – FARM MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN
Baashyaam Group is looking for an experienced Farm Mechanical Technician to handle the maintenance, servicing, troubleshooting, and repair of farm machinery and equipment.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and repair tractors and farm equipment
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
• Handle diesel engine, hydraulic, clutch and gearbox repairs
• Maintain pumps, generators and other farm equipment
• Ensure machinery is maintained in safe and working condition
👤 Candidate Profile
• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile / Diesel Mechanic / Fitter
• 2–8 years of relevant experience
• Experience in tractor, agricultural equipment, diesel engine or heavy equipment maintenance preferred
• Good hands-on troubleshooting and repair skills
• Willingness to work at a farm location
