MBA INTERNSHIP – PART OF CORE BUSINESS BUILDING TEAM
Monthly Stipend: ₹8,000 plus reimbursement of approved project-related travel and other expenses

ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP
We are building a small, high-potential team of 3–4 MBA interns who will work directly with the Founder on a six-month business research and execution project. This is not a routine internship. The selected interns will participate in validating a real business opportunity, understanding the market, developing the business model, planning the go-to-market strategy, and preparing the business for execution.
The work will be mostly office-based and research-oriented. Interns may occasionally travel to meet customers, vendors, industry participants, and potential partners to gain practical market insights. Approved travel and project-related expenses will be reimbursed.
WHAT INTERNS WILL LEARN
• Business idea validation and practical validation methods
• Market research and customer discovery
• Go-to-market strategy
• Marketing plan development
• Business model preparation
• Financial planning and basic financial projections
• Operations planning
• Bootstrapping a business
• How to start a business with the right structure and processes
• How to build and run a business successfully
• Presenting research, recommendations, and execution plans to decision-makers
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (WITH GUIDANCE)
• Conduct primary and secondary market research
• Interact with customers, vendors, partners, and other market participants
• Identify customer problems, market gaps, and business opportunities
• Support business validation exercises and field studies
• Prepare competitor, pricing, customer, and industry analyses
• Develop business models, marketing plans, and go-to-market strategies
• Assist in preparing financial and operational plans
• Document research findings and present recommendations
• Work closely with the Founder and contribute to business decisions
• Support the business from the research stage towards practical execution
WHO SHOULD APPLY
• MBA students or recent MBA graduates
