Role Description The Mathematics Educator will design and deliver engaging mathematics lessons for middle and senior secondary students, aligned with board and competitive exam requirements. Responsibilities include planning daily lesson content, explaining complex concepts in a clear, accessible way, and using a variety of teaching strategies to support diverse learning styles. The educator will prepare and evaluate assignments, tests, and practice papers, provide constructive feedback, and track student progress. Additional tasks involve contributing to study material development, supporting students with doubt-solving sessions, collaborating with other educators, and participating in parent or guardian interactions as needed. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot.
Qualifications
- Strong subject-matter expertise in mathematics, including higher-level topics relevant to board exams and competitive exams.
- Experience in classroom teaching, lesson planning, and use of varied instructional methods to engage students.
- Ability to assess student performance, analyze results, and provide targeted academic support.
- Comfort with using educational technology, online platforms, and digital resources to enhance learning.
- Clear, patient communication skills and the ability to explain complex ideas in a structured, learner-friendly manner.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Education, Engineering, or a related field; teaching certifications or coaching experience are an advantage.
- Prior experience in coaching for JEE, NEET, or similar competitive exams is highly beneficial.
