We’re hiring: Marketing Representative | Leading Environmental Consultancy (Nagpur) 🌿
With an established track record of 30+ years in environmental consulting and pollution control, we are looking for a results-driven Marketing Representative to join our team at our Nagpur office. If you have a technical grounding and a knack for industrial client development, help us drive sustainable compliance across the region.
Key Responsibilities: -
1. Industrial & Corporate Outreach: Identify and engage manufacturing units, infrastructure developers, and industrial facilities across Vidarbha needing statutory pollution control, clearances, and ecological assessments.
2. Service Promotion: Market our core solutions, including Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA), CTE/CTO compliance, stack monitoring, effluent/sewage treatment systems (ETP/STP), and environmental audits.
3. Client Engagement & Proposals: Conduct technical pitch meetings, understand compliance bottlenecks, coordinate with our internal environmental scientists and engineers, and deliver tailored service proposals.
4. Lead Conversion: Manage end-to-end follow-ups, maintain relationship pipelines, and convert qualified enquiries into active service contracts.
Eligibility & Requirements: -
1. Education: Graduate in Science (B.Sc / M.Sc), Engineering (B.E. / B. Tech in Environmental, Chemical, Civil, or related streams), or a relevant 3-year Technical Diploma.
2. Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in technical marketing, B2B sales, or client coordination (prior exposure to pollution control, environmental labs, water treatment, or industrial engineering services preferred).
3. Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Nagpur (full-time office role with local industrial visits).
4. Skills: Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is an advantage), professional negotiation abilities, and a solid grasp of industrial client needs.
