About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to plan and execute marketing initiatives, strengthen brand visibility, and generate quality business leads. Candidates with prior experience in the solar/renewable energy industry will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote company products and brand across target markets.
Generate and qualify leads through digital marketing, exhibitions, cold calling, networking, and other channels.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into business opportunities.
Manage social media platforms, website content, and digital marketing campaigns.
Develop marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, promotional materials, and product content.
Plan and coordinate participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
Track marketing performance metrics and prepare periodic reports for management.
Manage multiple marketing campaigns and activities simultaneously.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate/MBA in Marketing or a related discipline.
3–5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the solar/renewable energy sector.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including:
SEO
SEM
Social Media Marketing
Digital Campaigns
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Good command of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong lead-generation and market-research skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns.
Creative thinking with a results-driven approach.
Preferred Experience
Experience in Solar EPC / Solar Equipment Manufacturing / Renewable Energy.
Existing network of dealers, distributors, and channel partners in the solar industry.
