We are looking for a creative, proactive, and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, increasing brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and supporting business growth through both online and offline marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Coordinate with the design, content, and sales teams to develop marketing materials.
- Manage social media marketing activities and support content creation.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Assist in organizing promotional campaigns, product launches, and events.
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.
- Collaborate with influencers and partners for brand promotion.
- Support email marketing, website updates, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in marketing or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
