About Shree IVF
Shree Fertility Clinic & IVF Centre is a fertility and reproductive medicine centre in Ranchi, led by Dr. Nivedita Mishra — MS (Obstetrics & Gynaecology), gold medalist, with a fellowship in advanced laparoscopy and ART from Germany. We practise evidence-based, patient-centred fertility care, and the way we communicate with couples matters as much as the care itself.
About the role
We're looking for a Marketing Manager / Specialist to build Shree IVF's presence and referral network across Jharkhand — through doctor relationships, community outreach, and clear, honest patient communication. You'll work directly with the doctors and senior management, with the title and scope shaped by your experience and strengths.
What you'll be doing
- Building and maintaining relationships with gynaecologists, physicians, clinics, diagnostic centres, and hospitals across Jharkhand to grow a steady referral network.
- Planning and running doctor-connect visits, awareness camps, and OPD outreach in Ranchi and priority districts.
- Planning your own territory coverage — identifying which towns, doctors, and partners to prioritise, and following through consistently.
- Coordinating with our digital marketing agency on social media, Google Business, and campaign direction, with scope to take on more digital ownership based on your interest and skills.
- Working with our counsellors and front desk so every enquiry is followed up promptly and accurately.
- Maintaining clear records of field visits, referrals, conversions, and market feedback for the clinical team.
What we're looking for
- 3–5+ years of experience in healthcare, hospital, IVF/fertility, diagnostics, or pharma marketing and outreach.
- Direct experience in IVF, fertility, maternity, or gynaecology marketing, with the ability to speak about specific referral networks you've built.
- Strong communication in Hindi and English, with both senior consultants and first-time patients.
- Willingness to travel regularly across Jharkhand, with a valid driving licence and the ability to plan your own field schedule.
- Working awareness of ART Act and PCPNDT advertising norms, or willingness to learn them quickly — this is a closely regulated category, and every claim we make needs to stay accurate.
Compensation
Competitive fixed salary with performance-linked incentives, based on experience, network strength, and market understanding. Travel and field expenses are covered. We'll discuss specifics openly during the interview.
