About Company
The company is an AI Copilot for Workforce Housing. Its intelligent procurement platform helps global enterprises, relocation companies, and insurance carriers source, book, and manage employee accommodations at scale.
It delivers curated, safety-vetted inventory with streamlined workflows and 24/7 account support. The company is a 14-person, seed-funded startup operating at a post-PMF stage.
The culture is collaborative, founder-led, and deeply customer-first. Cross-functional ownership is the norm, with direct visibility into product growth, revenue, and strategy.
Position Overview
This role is the company's entire marketing function — a single IC who will build and run everything from brand identity and content to paid campaigns and pipeline reporting. The Marketing Manager will design and execute demand generation programs that directly feed the enterprise sales pipeline, operating with full ownership and zero hand-holding at a stage where every marketing dollar and asset has immediate, measurable revenue impact.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and email, with full accountability for MQL volume and quality targets
- Build and steward the company's brand identity — tone of voice, visual guidelines, messaging frameworks, and market positioning
- Create B2B content assets — blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and landing pages — tailored to enterprise HR, procurement, and Global Mobility buyers
- Plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) with a focus on pipeline contribution and CAC reduction
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing metrics — MQLs, CPL, conversion rates, and campaign ROI — using Google Analytics and CRM data
- Partner with the sales team to align on ICP targeting, messaging consistency, and lead handoff processes
- Manage the company's social media presence and grow organic reach within enterprise HR, Global Mobility, and procurement communities
Must Have Criteria
- 5–10 years of B2B digital marketing experience with direct ownership of MQL generation targets
- Hands-on experience running LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns targeting enterprise decision-makers
- Proven experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or an equivalent CRM for lead tracking and pipeline reporting
- Hands-on experience with Canva and Figma for marketing asset creation
- Experience building or managing brand identity — messaging frameworks, positioning, and content strategy
- Proficiency in Google Analytics for tracking and reporting on MQLs, CPL, and campaign ROI
- Demonstrated experience creating B2B content assets — blogs, case studies, and landing pages — for enterprise buyers
Nice to Have
- Prior experience marketing to enterprise HR, procurement, or Global Mobility teams
- Experience at an early-stage startup (Seed to Series B) building marketing from scratch as a solo marketer
- Familiarity with PropTech, SaaS, or the corporate travel/housing industry
- Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs or SEMrush to drive organic growth
What We Offer
- Full ownership of the company's marketing function — strategy, execution, and outcomes are yours to shape
- Direct collaboration with founders and leadership — fast decision-making and idea-to-execution cycles
- Hybrid work model based out of Bangalore
