Role Description The Marketing Manager at Vansaar 45+ will lead end-to-end marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence and drive growth for the Ayurvedic wellness portfolio. This full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram involves planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns, managing brand positioning, and overseeing digital marketing activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing marketing strategies, coordinating with creative and product teams, analyzing market trends and consumer insights, managing budgets, and tracking campaign performance. The Marketing Manager will also work closely with e-commerce partners to ensure consistent brand messaging, effective launch plans, and strong visibility across channels. Collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and alignment with Vansaar’s wellness-focused values will be central to this role.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in brand management and marketing strategy development, preferably in FMCG, wellness, healthcare, .
- Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media, performance marketing, content marketing, and campaign analytics.
- Skills in market research, consumer insight analysis, and competitive benchmarking to inform data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting abilities to convey brand values and product benefits clearly.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives, timelines, and stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, creative, and operations teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
- Comfort with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM systems, analytics tools, social media management tools).
