Role Description This on-site internship role is based in Gurugram and focuses on managing and growing Tradescape’s affiliate marketing initiatives. The Affiliate Marketing Manager intern will assist in identifying and onboarding new affiliate partners, maintaining relationships with existing affiliates, and supporting campaigns that drive user acquisition and engagement. Daily tasks include coordinating affiliate communications, tracking performance, preparing reports, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to optimize affiliate strategies. The intern will also help create promotional materials, monitor compliance with program guidelines, and suggest improvements based on data and feedback.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Affiliate Management and Affiliate Marketing to coordinate and optimize partner relationships and campaigns.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with affiliates, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Marketing skills to support campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis.
- Candidates should possess basic Sales skills to help drive affiliate recruitment and conversion-focused initiatives.
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities, with comfort using spreadsheets or analytics tools to interpret performance data.
- Interest in trading, investing, or fintech, with a willingness to learn the dynamics of simulated trading platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Gurugram, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
