Position: Marketing & Brand Intern
Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid/On-site)
Duration: 3–6 Months

Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Marketing & Brand Intern to support KarmaLife’s marketing initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to brand building, content marketing, social media management, employer branding, public relations, and campaign execution.
The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, digital marketing, and creating meaningful impact through communication.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent & Social Media
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Create engaging content including captions, blogs, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
- Coordinate with design teams to develop creatives aligned with brand guidelines.
- Track social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
Brand & Communication
- Support employer branding and company culture initiatives.
- Assist in drafting press releases, customer stories, case studies, and internal communications.
- Ensure all communication aligns with KarmaLife’s brand voice and values.
Market Research
- Conduct research on fintech, workforce benefits, HR-tech, and gig economy trends.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify emerging marketing opportunities.
- Gather insights to support campaign planning and product positioning.
Campaign Execution
- Support end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns and events.
- Assist in influencer, partner, and community engagement initiatives.
- Help maintain marketing calendars and content schedules.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
Good to Have
- Experience managing social media pages or creating content.
- Basic understanding of fintech, startups, HR-tech, or the gig economy.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn marketing and content analytics.
