Marketing Intern — Job Description
GLOINNT Solutions is hiring — Marketing Interns
Are you someone who enjoys content, social media, communication, research, and building ideas into something real? Join us as a Marketing Intern and gain hands-on exposure to how marketing works in a growing organization.
What You’ll Work On
- Assist in developing and executing marketing initiatives
- Create and coordinate content for digital platforms
- Support social media activities and audience engagement
- Conduct market, competitor, and customer research
- Assist with lead-generation and brand-awareness activities
- Help plan and execute campaigns and promotional initiatives
- Track basic marketing performance and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the team on new ideas and projects
What We’re Looking For
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Good understanding of social media and digital platforms
- Content writing and creative thinking
- Research and analytical skills
- Ability to learn quickly and take initiative
- Good organizational and time-management skills

Prior experience is not mandatory. What matters most is your willingness to learn, contribute, and perform.
Internship Structure
First 3 Months: Unpaid internship focused on learning, contribution, and performance.
Next 3 Months: Performance-based stipend opportunity.
After 6 Months: High-performing interns may be considered for conversion to a full-time opportunity.
Your performance throughout the internship will determine progression to the next stage.
