Job Description: Marketing Coordinator Intern
Jheeni (Jheeni.in) · 6-month internship (full-time) · Delhi (Chittaranjan Park)
Monday to Friday and Alternate Saturday
The role
The Marketing Coordinator Intern is Jheeni's face online and works side by side with the founder, learning to run the whole brand: marketing, artisans, stock, website and customers. In the first months this person will shoot and speak in Jheeni's content, keep orders moving, and work with the Atraski teams that support the brand.
Title: Marketing Coordinator Intern, Jheeni (works directly with the founder)
Brand: Jheeni (Jheeni.in): handprinted Dabu indigo sarees from Rajasthan
Location: Delhi office (Chittaranjan Park), on site
Type: 6-month internship, full-time; chance of a full-time role after, with a path to Business
Works with: At Buzz (social media), Atraski Studios (shoots), ATT (website), Finance
Pay: ₹5,000–7,000/month stipend + ₹50 for every Jheeni.in order
Start: As soon as possible: launch shoot in October, Diwali launch in November
Why this title. "Marketing Coordinator Intern" attracts more applicants. The real role is to shadow Anish and learn to run the business end to end. Say this plainly at the screening call, so the person who joins wants both the content and the operations work.
Keep the brand name confidential in public job posts. Call it "a handprinted heritage saree brand" and reveal Jheeni only at interview.
What you'll do:
Content and face of the brand
- Speak in Jheeni's first reels: launches, try-ons, styling tips, new drops, Q&A
- Bring 3–5 content ideas every week; shoot raw content on phone (try-ons, packing orders, behind the scenes)
- Hand raw content and ideas to the At Buzz team, who edit, design and post
Shoots
- Plan looks, styling and props for the launch shoot and monthly shoots with Atraski Studios
- Make sure every new saree is photographed: front, drape, detail, flat lay
Vendors and stock
- Coordinate with artisans and suppliers: orders, follow-ups, delivery dates
- Check every piece on arrival (print, colour, defects) and keep the stock sheet up to date
Website (Jheeni.in)
- Upload products, prices, photos and descriptions
- Report bugs and changes to the ATT tech team and follow up until they are fixed
Customers and orders
- Reply to Instagram DMs and WhatsApp within 2 hours during work hours
- Confirm COD orders, pack with care, dispatch within 48 hours, share tracking
- Handle exchanges and returns; ask every buyer for a review and photo
Pop-ups and past buyers
- Build one WhatsApp list of everyone who has bought from Jheeni at pop-ups or through DMs
- Help run exhibition and pop-up stalls in Delhi
Who we're looking for
Must have
- Fashion education is required: graduate or final-year student in fashion design, textile design, fashion communication or fashion management
- Confident on camera: speaks naturally in Hindi and English, comfortable being the face of a brand
- A strong creative eye: styling, colour, framing; their own Instagram shows it
- Can shoot and edit simple reels on a phone (CapCut, VN, InShot) and make posts in Canva
- Organised and dependable: keeps sheets updated, follows up without being chased
- Genuine love for sarees, handloom and Indian craft
Bonus if you have
- Experience with a D2C fashion or handloom brand, a boutique, or exhibitions
- Can drape a saree well and style it in more than one way
- Basic Shopify or WordPress product uploads
- Any link to Rajasthan, Jaipur or block-print craft
Not the right fit if you only want to create content and do not want to handle orders, vendors and customers. This role is both.
