Role Description This is a part-time, remote Marketing Intern role. The Marketing Intern will support day-to-day marketing activities, including assisting in the development and execution of basic marketing strategies for digital campaigns and educational programs. Responsibilities include conducting market research, gathering and analyzing customer feedback, and helping prepare marketing content such as social media posts, email drafts, and promotional materials. The intern will also help coordinate outreach efforts, support sales and customer service teams with marketing-related materials, and track simple performance metrics under the guidance of senior team members. The role offers exposure to edtech marketing operations and opportunities to learn best practices in a collaborative environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact clearly and professionally with diverse audiences.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills, including basic data collection, analysis of trends, and reporting findings in a structured manner.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing Strategy skills, with interest in supporting promotional campaigns and lead-generation activities.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools or social media platforms is beneficial.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and learn quickly from feedback.
