Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
Plan project-wise marketing campaigns (residential/commercial)
Identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies
2. Brand Management
Build and strengthen the company’s brand presence across platforms
Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning
Manage PR, corporate communication, and media relations
3. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
Oversee digital campaigns including Google Ads, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
Drive lead generation through online and offline channels
Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI
4. Project Marketing
Plan and execute launch campaigns for new real estate projects
Coordinate with sales teams for site visits, events, and promotions
Develop marketing collaterals like brochures, presentations, and advertisements
5. Vendor & Agency Management
Manage relationships with advertising agencies, digital partners, and media houses
Negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of campaigns
6. Budget Management
Prepare and manage the marketing budget
Ensure cost-effective allocation of resources and maximum ROI
7. Market Research & Analytics
Conduct market surveys and customer analysis
Track campaign effectiveness and generate performance reports
Use data-driven insights for decision-making
8. Team Leadership
Lead and mentor the marketing team
Set performance goals and KPIs
Foster innovation and creativity within the team
